Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
The short version
- Our apps have no user accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to play.
- We collect play data to improve the apps. It doesn't include your name, and our games ask our analytics provider not to record your IP address.
- Ads come from Google. In our games they are optional videos you choose to watch.
- Payments are handled by Apple and Google. We never see your card details.
- You can write to us at any time at support@padadaz.com.
Who we are
Our apps are published by Padadaz SARL, a registered Swiss company (“Padadaz”, “we”). We decide how the data described here is used.
Email: support@padadaz.com
What this policy covers
This policy covers our games Blop Challenge, Bix Challenge, Dive Ball, Le Cube, Paint Runner and AI Lab Race, and Heat Pad, on iOS and Android where they are available.
What our games collect
Play data
Our games send usage events to Amplitude, our analytics provider, so we can see how the game is played and balance it. For example: levels started, won and lost, coins earned and spent, purchases, ads watched, and how long sessions last.
These events come with an identifier for your device, the app version, your device model, your operating system version, and your language and country. On iOS the identifier is specific to our apps. On Android it is a random ID, not your advertising ID. The events aren't linked to your name or to any account.
The games ask Amplitude not to record your IP address, city or mobile carrier, and we don't use this data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Ads
Our games offer rewarded videos from Google AdMob. They are optional: you choose to watch one in exchange for a reward. Except in AI Lab Race, they are not offered to players who have paid. To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google collects data such as device information, your IP address, ad interactions and diagnostics.
- On iOS, we don't request permission to track you, so ads are not personalized with your advertising identifier.
- On Android, Google can use your device's advertising ID, and ads may be personalized where this is allowed. You can reset or delete this ID in your Android settings.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice, and you can change it later in the app's settings.
Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Purchases
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handle the payment and tell the app what was bought; we never see your card details. The app remembers on your device that you have paid, and purchases are included in the play data above.
Saved progress
Your progress and coins are stored on your device. On iOS they sync through your iCloud account. On Android they are saved with your Google account through Android's backup and Block Store. We don't have access to these copies.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them to answer you.
Who receives data
We share data with the providers below, who act under their own terms or on our behalf, and when the law requires it. If our business were sold or merged, the data we hold could transfer to the new owner under this policy.
- Amplitude
- Analytics
- AdMob ads and consent form, Google Play purchases, Android backup
- Apple
- App Store purchases, iCloud sync
Why we use data
Where the GDPR or a similar law requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- Performing our contract with you: providing the app, purchases, saved progress and support.
- Our legitimate interests: understanding how the apps are used, improving them, keeping them secure, and telling you about our other apps.
- Your consent: personalized ads where consent is required. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep data
- Play data is kept for as long as it helps us improve the apps.
- Emails are kept for as long as we need them to help you and for our records.
- Data on your device stays until you delete the app. iCloud and Google copies follow your account's settings.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, particularly in the USA. Where required, these transfers rely on safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, receive a copy of it, restrict its use, or object to it. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Switzerland, that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
To make a request, email support@padadaz.com and tell us which app you use. Because we have no accounts and don't know who you are, we may ask for details that help us find the data, and we can't always link it to you. Deleting the app stops all further collection.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our apps or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes in the apps or on this page.
